Professional Affiliations

Mr. Fogg is a member and Past President of the San Diego Section of Consulting Engineers and Land Surveyors of California. He is a member and past National Director and Past President of the San Diego Section of the American Society of Civil Engineers; member of the San Diego Structural Engineers Association and founding president of predecessor organization.

Public Services

Member of the La Mesa Lions Club for over 50 years and a Past President. A Member of the Board of Directors from 1976 to 1992 and a Past President of the San Diego Service Center for the Blind. Continues to serve on its Advisory Board. He is also currently one of the eleven members of the Independent Citizen's Oversight Committe (ICOC) for the San Diego Unified School District.
